In August 2018, I spent three weeks in the tiny British village Benenden in Southern England, where I worked as photographer and filmmaker for a summer language camp called „Sprachreisen by Obermair“.
We stayed at the campus of Benenden School, which consists of many different buildings – its main building almost looking like a castle -, lots of sports facilities and a huge area of woods and lawns. It offerend many interesting perspectives and lovely atmospheres.
I was also very lucky to see different towns in Southern England, such as Brighton, Eastbourne and Rye, where I was able to discover the real English landscapes, architecture and way of living. But of course, the experience wouldn’t be complete without London – we went there three times and it is always a pleasure to be in this amazing city.
Here you can see some of my favorite impressions of my time in the UK this summer.
